Sales Policy

• All Sales are final.
• Prices are FOB unless otherwise stated at the time of the order.
• Beta 1 Filters reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
• All orders will ship partial unless notified to ship complete.
• Beta 1 Filters is not responsible for any damages that occur during transport. If any damage occurs the customer must manage any claims with the shipping company.
• Standard payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise stated.
• All past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month. Accounts overdue past 45 days will automatically be put on credit hold.
• Minimum purchase order is $25.00.
