Returns Policy

• No goods can be returned without prior authorization by Beta 1 Filters.
• A RGA the authorization is valid for a period of 20 days.
• Products shipped by our error will be accepted for return with full credit.
• Shipping errors must be brought to Beta 1 Filters attention within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
• No RGA’s will be issued after 90 days from invoice days.
• Returned products must be of resale quality or no credit will be provided. Beta 1 Filters reserves the right to determine the acceptability of all returned goods.
• Standard products may be returned at Beta 1 Filters discretion with a up to 50% restocking fee and freight cost.
• Made to order products are not returnable.
