Premium Quality Component Manufacturing

As part of our range of services we supply premium quality components such as air and oil filter end caps, cover assemblies, threaded tap plates, filter bowls, and more. All parts are manufactured in an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing plant.

We offer stamped open and closed end caps and flanges in many configurations including grooved and elliptical, threaded, rectangular/ovular, hex bottom, snap flanges, and lock flanges.

We also offer a range of threaded tap plates and filter bowls in varying sizes and configurations, as well as CNC machined parts.

We can provide many types of steel base materials such as low and medium carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless in varying grades to suit every requirement.

To meet the demands of bulk orders, we have developed an extremely effective infrastructure that includes on-site powder coating and plating facilities as well as a leading-edge quality control laboratory. Our plating facility offers yellow & white zinc, tin, and trivalent plating.

We can custom design and manufacture to your specifications based on comprehensive prints. If you provide a sample for an additional fee*, we can create an AutoCAD drawing for you to approve.

New developments are subject to tooling fees to be paid up front with a minimum quantity order of 500 pieces. Samples will be provided for approval before the complete order will be manufactured. Lead times will vary.
